You can return the items you have purchased to the following addresses within 14 days from the date you have received them only if they have:
• not been used
• not lost their commercial qualities, and
• the return tag still attached to the item.
Returns from domestic buyers will be free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo, with return code 581301664 . Alternatively, if you are a domestic buyer you can return the goods to us with a logistic company of your own choice. However, if you are an international buyer, you can return your order to us with DHL or a logistic company of your own choice. Shipping fees and other costs of international returns will be payable by the buyer. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us because size exchanges will depend on the availability of the size requested for.
